Strategy
We value theoretical studies and their importance in forming our thinking, but we also see the need to go beyond and apply what we learn. This practical emphasis is developed through the mentors and instructors experienced in ministry. We developed well-designed curriculums that seek to improve students’ ministry skills by applying the acquired knowledge to everyday life. We put emphasis on the practical application of ministry skills in students’ assignments and their participation in various Church programs and internships.
This approach provides us with a distinctive strategy as an informal educational institution which seeks to appeal to both heart and mind in a holistic manner.
Vision
Equip – men and women with Christ-centered theological knowledge and enable them to apply this knowledge in the marketplace, their churches and a wider community in Latvia.
Build bridges – between different churches and denominations through dialogue and collaboration on various projects.
Respond – spiritually to intellectual challenges and material needs in a meaningful and strategic way.
